Description: Slow, Soft Non-Evasive, Full Body Workout that Improves Balance, Flexibility, Strengthen Muscles, Tone & Define Muscles, Calm You, Give You More Energy & in an hour it burns 300 calories

Cost: $5/class & punch card available- get card punched each class, when full receive 1 free class 
Description: 40 minutes of exercise (body resistance exercises w/ light weights, push-ups, jumping jacks, Pilates, Yoga & beginner plyometrics) & 5 minutes of goal setting, support, nutrition & at home fitness tips/exercises to help you get where you want to be.

Classes Held on: 
Location: Claflin Rec, 406 Main St., Claflin, KS 67525 in the GYM
Cost: $15/person for 4 week session (2 classes/week), or $2/person/class

*Needs to have at least 10 participants/class OR class will be CANCELLED!!
Description: Will consist of a variety of upper body, lower body, abs, & cardio exercises broke up into stations. Each station will be a certain amount of time. Class will be 30 minutes in length, will start out with basic exercises & gradually will get harder, all exercises can be modified if needed. Please bring an exercise/yoga mat if you have one!
The harder you push yourself, the more reward you will get out of the class!









*NEED TO CURRENTLY HOLD A MEMBERSHIP TO FITNESS CENTER TO TAKE EXERCISE CLASSES!!! 
If not a member, take the class & decide if it is worth it to become a member, memberships are reasonably priced; questions call the office!
